Re: Broadband dies not reach master bedroom
@Cato921 sounds like you need some form of WiFi extender to get coverage in your bedroom. The simplest way is to buy Sky's WiFi Max bundle which can provide up to 3 extenders if you need them see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max alterntively you could buy your own whole home wifi set up and use that instead.

Re: Broadband dies not reach master bedroom
Broadband was only olinstalled last week.
As part 9f the sky promise "guarenteed speed in all rooms or money back".
So if a booster is required, then surely it should be provided free of charge?

Re: Broadband dies not reach master bedroom
Sky loans wireless booster hardware free under the terms of the 'WiFi Guarantee' element of 'Broadband Boost' and the 'Enhanced Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' part of the 'WiFi Max' subscription supplement: they don't otherwise provide or sell them except to resolve issues with Sky Q. Phoning Sky to go through a telephone diagnosis is required to have a booster or pod allocated to the account. Inevitably some have leaked onto a certain auction site, but Sky won't offer support with using these.
Confusingly the 'Wall to Wall WiFi Guarantee' doesn't actually provide booster hardware, and is essentially a sales lead generator for the supplements mentioned above.

What's guaranteed is the 'money back' bit (refund of one month broadband subscription)
