Broadband issue

All lights are green baring Internet that is orange. By testing my boardbaod on the Sky app, it is confirm that : ''There's a problem with your broadband''. The phone number provided doesn't work. I tried to reach out to somone from sky to have a look.

@Rudy2  You will find that the lines might be closed at this time of night. Does your phone still work and you can call out?
