No internet, all lights green on box, diagnostic test shows no issues , yet there is no internet at all. Connection to broadband router seems okay , connection to internet is not working. No devices are working.
This has been down all day, even technical department told me to switch off box and reset etc which I've done 1000 times. I work from home so missed a 9 hour shift today.
any help?

I'm connected to my neighbours wifi, I live remotely with no 4G so if I disconnect I don't even have enough data to support a search. I contacted technical team and apparently it's an issue with Open Reach and their systems. I've to wait 12 hours...
