I've not been able to work today other than a few minutes every 2 to 3 hours. Constantly down all day and tried all the online help many times but no better.

Broadband check doesn't work. It'll say there is no problem with your broadband or WiFi, but you are sat with your sky box/mobile phone/tablet all saying no Internet connection......
Time to switch to virgin at less cost, better service and gives you more...
