Broadband is slow

The test run through your site does not agree with another broadband speed checker I have used. The speed is sluggish, and the external checker shows that I am getting 24.56 Mb/s download, which is well below what it should be. Can you check my system please.

@Heidi57  Non one here can check anythiong to do with your account.  The speeds shown on the website/mysky app are to the hub, are you running speed tests on a wifi device or over ethernet?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

When I submitted my query I thought it was to the team at Sky and not the community. I will need to see if I can contact them directly.

 

I am running the test from my computer, which is using the Wifi.
