Hi - today was supposed to be the activation day of my broadband. However, despite the Sky Max Hub showing white lights and the Sky app confirming that everything is working fine, I cannot detect my network on any device.
i have tried turning the Hub off for over an hour as I read that this could help.

There seems to be an outage that they don't want to admit is happening. Extremely advanced detection software they have. So glad they've offloaded basic router functionality to this app.
