I am unable to work from home as can't access vpn. IT at work have checked all my equipment and I can hotspot off my phone. How can I resolve this. I have a white router and sky max.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Deb1903 some company VPNs have an issue with the way Sky assign IP addresses on the new white hubs. You can see if this is your problem by following the steps in this post UPnP set up

I have tried this but hasn't worked. Is there any way I can speak to an actual human?
