Broadband is not loading

Had my broad band fitted all two weeks ago

nothing uploads on my phone on my iPad almost or streaming TV

@Daizy2 Are you saying as it is not clear at all from your post, that NO device is connecting to the wireless wi-fi signal of the sky Hub?

If so you need to say what sky Hub that you have in question, 2 weeks seems a time for you to be doing it now, have you been waiting on someone to fix for you!
