Broadband internet

I am fed up of Sky's broadband not working.

I pay for a service and expect to get the service I pay for.

Im tired of seeing this 'It looks like you do not have internet connection right now...'

Go to here, do this but nothing.

Sky app reckons there's a problem with my router? Why? It's been okay all week and nothing has changed. 
Sky, get it fixed. Else I stop paying for a service I'm not receiving.

I have copied all this and expect to be up and running at whatever slow speed soon!
