Broadband internet

I am fed up of Sky's broadband not working.

I pay for a service and expect to get the service I pay for.

Im tired of seeing this 'It looks like you do not have internet connection right now...'

Go to here, do this but nothing.

Sky app reckons there's a problem with my router? Why? It's been okay all week and nothing has changed. 
Sky, get it fixed. Else I stop paying for a service I'm not receiving.

I have copied all this and expect to be up and running at whatever slow speed soon!

@Angry11  Your not addressing Sky this is a customer helps customer community, no one from Sky will have a clue who you are from a forum post.

 

Have you called Sky regarding these issues?

 

Stopping payment is the worst thing to do and will just make matters even worse.

 

If this is the route you opt to take your line will be ceased and no other provider would be able to take over your service while there is an outstanding bill.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

If it is going off at the same time  every night  then as other customers  have reported  on here it's  most likely  maintenance  being carried  out of some sort by sky/ b t open reach  as less people  are on line overnight not sure what the maintenance  is but if the Internet  is back on in the morning  then that would  explain it my guess  is  they are doing  some sort of line check  but that's  just a check, my Internet  used to go off  like that  when I was on the old phone line. But I have not noticed  it now I am on fftp  since I upgraded  in January  this year , sky gigafast  broadband  900mps

If you sreach  on line about the Internet  going at the same  time  every  night  you will find some  answers about this
