Broadband internet issues

Hi

i keep having issues where my internet keeps dropping off over the past few weeks, it never happened before. This is affecting me being able to work from home. We had an engineer come from open reach the other week however still keep having problems with the internet connection just cutting out. We also have issues if trying to watch Netflix or prime it cuts out or doesn load. This is the same when trying to download a program to watch it takes an hour to download. Please could this be looked into as impacting me being able to work thanks

@Claire8636 you are not talking directly to Sky by posting in the forum. As your issue was not tesolved by the engineer the next step is to go back to Sky so I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to secwhat further can be done.. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
