Broadband intermittent

My Internet keeps dropping in and out but the service checks show it as being good. I am trying to watch my playliat on my sky using the sky stream puck but the programme keep dropping in and out

I reset it as the virtual assistant advised me too

@Kirstyh89  When the next drop happens could you post the router stats again waiting 10 seconds after landing on the router stats page to allow it to populate please and don't reset the router if you can.
