Broadband installation Engineer didn't arrive

My Engineer was meant to arrive yesterday to aid in the installation of my new Sky Broadband. They were going to be needing toaccess my property to install the hub. I received a text from OpenReach to say they were doing work outside of the property and they may need to access the property. When I looked, there was no one outside and no one rang the door bell to come in. I have had no follow up communications or update on my online Sky Account. I work from home so it's really important that this get's sorted. When will I receive an update as my account activation was due yesterday. Will I receive compensation for the engineer not coming.

@Siobhan96 if you call Sky this morning they should have been updated overnight if Openreach were due to do work yesterday.. With fibre installs is no uncommon for engineerscto arrive to do a job which the system needs doing but being unable to complete because for example a tree blocks the path from a pole to your prooerty r an underground fuct is blocked.
