Hi, I have order the broadband from your company the engineer is coming on the 17th June 2022 but I just want to let you know that my previous broadband was virgin media

You'll need to terminate the service with Virgin Media once your services with Sky have been activated.

You will need to cancel virgin seperately leaving an overlap to ensure continual service
