internet speed down from 20mb to 9mb and sky says nothing is wrong

over the last week our broadband speed has dropped from 21 mbs down to 9mbs  ping is up to 70ms an jitter is up for 1 to 159  and sky says nothing is wrong, when i run askyspeed test it says ther is no devices on the network ha na
