Broadband hub upgrade

does anyone know how to order the new upgraded hub.  I received an email saying the one I have will no longer receive updates from December 2025 but the link it shows take me to the sky home page only and I cannot find how to order or replace the hub.  I have tried the VA which was very unhelpful and even the help line took me to an automated messaging service.  Any help would be most appreciated

If in the Republic of Ireland go to the bottom of the page and change the flag to Republic of Ireland
