Discussion topic: Broadband hub not working

We had a mighty thunderstorm last night and there has been no power getting to our broadband hub since. Plug sockets are working, seems it's just killed off the hub. Can't get through on the phones to speak to anyone! 😞 are we entitled to a new box? Anyone have any advice please?
