My sky broadband has been activated today but my hub has not been delivered. I'm unable to get online and work from home which is not good.

Order Tracking shows Awaiting dispatch, contacted the helpline and they weren't much help. Said to be patient and it would arrive soon! Couldn't give a tracking number or confirm it would definitely arrive today.
