The router does not connect because there is no outlet for connecting the Internet cable

Hi. where should I go to call a specialist? The delivery of my set-top box arrived late; the specialist did not arrive the next day. what do I need to do now?

@NOV in the box the hub came in there will be a small leaflet explaing how to connect your new hub. Sky do not send engineers out to connect hubs its down to the customer. The cables are coloured coded and the leaflet has illustrations.
