I need a sky engineer come out today to fix the sky broadband hub please

Posting multiple times on different threads will not help you get an engineer any quicker.

As I said on the other thread the lead time for a repair is around 3-5 working days, you wont get anyone out today.

You need to report the fault to Sky by calling 150 from your landline or the 033 number from a non Sky landline which can be found at sky.com/help

We are customers here. You need to report it to Sky but as it's Thursday now, very likely next week.

We are not Sky. I have told you multiple times now to call the number. This forum is basic customer to customer support and we cant deal with line faults.
