Broadband has went off in my house & green light is out. I have taken plug out and put bk in but sti

Broadband went off suddenly this morning. Went through the troubleshooting stages but still not working.

@Ryantodd this link explains what the leds on Sky hubs indicate https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start 

 

if your hub has lost connection to the line run the service check in the My Sky app over a mobile connection, ignore the inevitable everything is fine indication from an earlierctest instead click on the broadband link and see if it tells you Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line if they aren't call them to report it.
