Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@EBRi is the issue poor WiFi signal in your home or issues with the broadband connection to the hub? The former is verycommon and normally down to the layout of your home and what it is built out of. While you may be able to help by making sure the hub is out in the open on a surface so its signal isnt blocked by radiators and the like adter tgst you may need boosters.
Poor connectivity to the hub is less common but possible symptoms will be the leds on the hub showing they have lost connection or very poorcspeeds beingvreported if you click through tontest the briadband in the servicecchecker in the My Sky app. The app can offer to book an engineer to check your line as faultsccan recur especially in periods of bad weather.

Hi,thanks for quick advise. engineers already been at home, and nothing changed. think is 5years I'm with sky,not had any issues, now they send me new broadband and after 1mnth started all issues. the second floor absolutely without internet. and before I had everywhere. thats why I came have a look and find out that lots of people have same issue, its not only me. so Sky probably changed something. but... I pay not a 20£ so expecting really good internet, that can work from home, unfortunately I couldn't
