Broadband has gone down

My broadband has gone down . Only showing 2 green lights and 1 orange

I'm having same problem but service status says it's ok, but I've no internet or phone for last 90 mins

@Colette15 & @Dynamo149 while you may both be in tge same area and both affected by thecsame fault it is highly unlikely. Therefore run the service checker in the My Sky app over a mobile connection and see if it tells you if Sky are already aware of a fault affecting your line if they are you need to sit tightuntil it is fixed which hopefully will be quickly but could be a few days.

 

If Sky dont know about a fault call them and report the issue so they can get it checked out.

I did exactly as you suggested, several times...only once it said there was a problem but then another test said everything was fine. I was off for the best part of 2 hours, but thankfully I'm up and running again now.
