Broadband has been down since Saturday night

I've had no broadband since Saturday night in Darenth in Kent, anyone able to advise how we get timely updates from Sky as to when it will be back? I've called and had insufficient support as no eta of when it will be fixed. Any ideas on how to get actual support and guidance from sky?

@Emsieem  Sky can only provide updates if they have them from the network operator, if the fault is on the network Sky won't be able to give any estimates of fixes.

 

You'll need to keep asking them for updates

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
