Moving 2 Openreach boxes by a few inches

Hi, I am having a new radiator installed but there are 2 Openreach boxes on the bottom of the 2 walls that are in the way of the pipes and the radiator. They both need to be moved just a few inches. I have googled it and apparently I need my broadband provider (Sky) to book me an Openreach engineer to do the job. But I can't get through to Sky through their automated operators, so have tried calling but have been unable to explain the situation! Can you help

me please!

This is usually booked in as a master socket relocation (although its not a master socket anymore with FTTP) Sky should be able to do this for you, when calling up just hold through any prompts to get a text or go online and it should put you in the queue.
