Weak wifi

Hello,

my wifi is really weak last 3 days not like before and I tried to do all the step to reset and nothing happened. Also tried to call with no help unfortunately

What exactly do you mean by weak? Is it slow or not reaching as far or dropping out?

Could you try running a speedtest from a device your seeing issues with and report back with the speed?

the speedtest is:

download 14.6 Mbps and the upload 0.48 Mbps.

When you run the line test on the My Sky app what speed does it say you should be getting? Does it find any issues?
