HI @Westy8   What exactly do you mean by "broadband wires"? External wires are maintained by Openreach at Sky's request, so contact Sky. Internal wires are your own responsibilty.

@Westy8  Is this the power cable that goes from the router to the plug or is this the cables that connect to the phone socket for your broaband?
