Fibre optic not available at my postcode according to sky

So my broadband contract is ending in a few days, I've used the check and it says fibre not available in my street ,but nexxt door has fibre from bt.... do I stay with sky and wait or move to bt?

@Dave+Harmonica If Openreach have laid fibre in your road Sky normally can offer it butvthere are a few exceptions notably you have Ultrafast over copper currently using G.Fast.
