Broadband engineer due 14/12/22.

Hub very unlikely to be delivered in time.

Is the hub required for the engineer to do a new set-up?

Or should I reschedule ?

@FabianForbes The install can go ahead. What is it that you are having done? Is this part of a Ultrafast or superfast install?

Just didn't want to be charged of it oz afield visit.

It is supposed to be superfast broadband installation I think

@FabianForbesShould be no issue is this Sky coming out or Openreach. They can both check the connection speed for you at the time of visit.
