Broadband engineer visit
I was supposed to have Gigafast installed on February 2nd but because of an Openreach problem outside my home it's now set to 'go live' on February 23rd. The My Sky app told me weeks ago that there was a problem with an engineer visit and I rang Sky and thought I'd sorted matters but the message is still there on the app. Do I need to ring yet again?

Re: Broadband engineer visit
@brentrobbo52 not if the 23rfd date has been confirmed but if worried give them a call . My own install a year ago had a note to call which wasn't removed as it should have been.
