Broadband drops out most mornings between 01:30 02:30
Noticed that our broadband drops out most mornings between 01:30 02:30. Streaming interrupted and teenagers end up using their data instead of Wi-Fi. Assume it's maintenance at the exchange. Can get an answer as to why it's most nights.

@Jenad maintenance work can last for a couple of weeks but it is comparatively rare. Far more common is house keeping activity which partial fibre connections are quite likely to get frequently especially after spells of bad weather as the autimatic DLM system in the cabinet changes the parameters to balance speed and stability. This will cause a few minutes loss of connection. Full fibre does not suffer in the same way..
Sky also run housekeeping activities but most of those are in the background.but firmware updates will cause the hub to restart.
