Broadband dropping out

Hi, I moved from your standard broadband to  fibre nearly 3 weeks ago. Since changing my connection is not as good as it used to be, lots of buffering and certain rooms struggle to get a decent signal. Please can you help, I was told fibre would give me better connection not worse.
