Having issues with broadband dropping out of an evening regularly, usually about 9pm onwards
We have an Archer VR2800 router as the old Sky one failed a few years ago.
Have checked that Firmware is up to date, but broadband still drops out. No issue with WiFi, just Broadband fais.

Re: Broadband dropping out
Often copper faults will need investigating by Sky initially, then Openreach sent out. Sky will typically only do this when a Sky router is connected so metrics can be sent to them.
