Having issues with broadband dropping out of an evening regularly, usually about 9pm onwards
We have an Archer VR2800 router as the old Sky one failed a few years ago.
Have checked that Firmware is up to date, but broadband still drops out. No issue with WiFi, just Broadband fais.

Often copper faults will need investigating by Sky initially, then Openreach sent out. Sky will typically only do this when a Sky router is connected so metrics can be sent to them.
