Broadband dropping out

Our broadband has been dropping out and then reconnecting for several days now. We've tried all the usual fixes and checked the service etc etc and no problems are noted. It drops out for several minutes and then reconnects. 

Any ideas ? According to the local facebook warriors there have been similar problems in the village with various providers but Sky aren't showing anything as being at fault.
