Broadband dropping out frequently.
Can anyone help at all please? I have sky glass connected with an Ethernet cable. The router is placed adequately as advised. For about two weeks I have had issues with the broadband dropping out at least hourly some days. Of course, when this happens sky glass has a hissy fit. Have attached screenshots of router stats which might as well be in Japanese to me. All checks show no known issues. I am not in a contract for the broadband so am very close to moving elsewhere. Thanks in advance.

Re: Broadband dropping out frequently.
@Dawny1511 looking at those stats you can see while the hub has been running for 177 hours the WAN connection has only been running for 20 minutes. You appear to have a relatively rare type of connection called G.Fast which allows higher spedds than normal over a copper phone line. While great in principle these can be easily disrupted.
Openreach are phasing out G.Fast as full fibre is run in place of copper they are therefore quite reluctant to do much if any work on G.Fast lines. However there are things to check. Firstly if you have any powerline adapters thst send network data over tge mains cabelling try unplugging these to see if the stabilises the connection. The issue is these adapters use similar frequencies as G.Fast and are known to cause line drops. You can try using the adapters well away from the hub to see if thst helps. Other electrical kit in your home can cause issues so experiment anything thst causes interference particularly if its malfunctioning likeca flickering light, a dodgy microwavecetc.
Hoowever I think the issue is with the line as your upload speed of 22Mb/s seeems low for a download of 150Mb/s. You can report the issue to Sky to see if they can get Openreach to check the line but I dont hold up much helps unless line drops are getting to one an hour. Sorry to be so negative .
