Broadband dropping out causing sky Q an mini boxes to disconnect
This is an ongoing issue, Iv had 5 maybe 6 engineers out over the past few months,, all equipment has been replaced,, new sky Q main box,, 2 new mini boxes,, 2 new router's, engineers turn up ,, change settings on boxes, router then all is ok for a week or so,,, the router can have all lights on green, the sky app checker can say all is fine , yet NO connection to any of the boxes,, ring doorbell, iPhones or iPad !!! Very frustrating when you have to turn off/reboot internet/broadband router & main sky Q box,, loosing faith in sky TV & broadband, keep getting asked to upgrade to sky stream,, and my renewal is over a £165 a month 😂😤🥴

I have had this problem for the past 6 months The system just doesn't work together and the user does not have the tool to investigate Sky stream is not the answer as it lacks on overall functionality especially on recording facility
