Broadband dropping off

Sky broadband keeps dropping off all the time but when run test says no problem

Hi Mark,

I have the exact same issue for the last 4 weeks.  When I use any other speed test that's not sky it reports 4mbps on superfast broadband but sky reports no problems and good connection.
