@Deepa_s private relay shouldcwork on Sky broadband but msybe being blocked as the Sky Broadband Shield if it is set to one of tge lower age settings which block vpn usage. The account holder can change those settings in the My Sky app. Usage of private relay on a home network where presumably you know and trust other users is probably not required unlike on public WiFi.
