Broadband dropped 9 times yesterday and 4 times today only sometimes with ‘problems in your area’

Line speed checker tool SOMETIMES  showed fault in the area YESTERDAY but nothing today. Drop out yesterday was up to 24 hours, but today's drop outs were 5 minutes or so only.
