My broadband signal keeps dropping out.
The internet and voice lights are switching between orange and green.
Intermittent drop outs is making it increasing difficult to work from home and irrigating not to mention as my Teams calls are dropping.
What's going on with the broadband?
2. Broad band speed is average 12/13MBPS.
since yesterday. Fairly pathetic, I'm getting offered opt out emails that hits not serving my purpose, I need the internet to work and at decent speed.
someone please help!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf your broadband light is going orange this suggests a line drop which will mean you probably have a fault somewhere on the line.
Assuming the Sky line test in the app doesn't pick it up I would suggest you call Sky about it
