Anyone know the reason why my broadband sdownload speed as dropped to 8.2 when it should be between 35-40 been like this all day any solution

We also need the router stats not your speed test results.

It's not letting me go into I try to go to login page and it says it can't be loaded

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreDownload speed should never be less than upload, so that certainly suggests an external fault. You'll need to log the issue with Sky, but they are going to want you to get to the Hub settings.
