Signed up last week got my dates for installation wich has now past in messages it has my contracts for sky TV and broadband and talk nothing in orders

Find out more@Steven66655 you need to check with Sky about what is going on but on the surface it looks like the order was not processed properly you should have got an email from Sky so check your spam filter however if the email address is wrong that may not have got through.
As only Sky can answer your question I have escalated your pist to the Sky team who support the forum. They should be in touch inviting you onto a private chat through the forum where a chat button will appear.
