Re: Broadband down
I have been having to reboot my router every week since upgrading my broadband to full fibre. Ive been a sky customer for 22yrs had a new router installed about 4 months back everything was fine. Changed to full fibre 1 month ago & its awful. Shouldn't have to reboot each morning twice last week.

Re: Broadband down
Sadly youre correct in saying that However if the issue has only started during the early AM's, they probably havent had time to update the webste yet.
Is the connection between the router and the box on the wall intact?

Re: Broadband down
@KeeleyC Sky and Openreach like all network operators have to maintain equipment which can result in connections being down from around midnight to 5am. This is unavoidable but can be incovenient.

I have three green lights but it won't connect to anything. Switched off and reset, run tests and all seems fine. Is there an issue with anyone else?
Sky ended up sending an engineer out to check my equipment. I was told there is a known issue with full fibre. They will be rolling out fixes/updates oct/nov. In the mean time he put me an ethernet cable from my sky q box to the router. Apparently this should stop the Internet dropping like it has. Nope 1 week later & im still having to reset my router. I was told to unplug router & ethernet cable for 10 minutes. This will send a signal to sky showing your having problems. If not sky have no clue theres a problem. Oct/nov roll out for fix we shall wait & see.
