I just bought a broadband but it is not showing up in my account and i need to change the delivery

i bought a broadband package. then i made an account with sky.

i need to change the delivery date which said it would be done through the my sky app but on the app it says i don't have broadband so can't access it to change it even thought i have emails confirming i bought it

When did you purchase the broadband package and have you been told that someone needs to visit your property as some of these activations are done remotely and off site.
