@djhaxel where there is an area outage how long it takes to get fixed depends on the cause. Damage to the network like a car hitting a street cabinet which is pretty common will always take a few days to fix. Even the engineers doing the work often cannot give a timecwhen all lines will be reconnected. Looking at reports this not just affecting Sky customers as BT/EE are showing the same fault.
