Signal intermittent

My signal drops constantly. I was advised to get the Q sky box to solve this issue. It has not.

this has been happening for the last 4 weeks.

@Linda+Mn is this the WiFi signal in an area of your home or the broadband connection to the Hub? Not quite sure why you were advised to get a Sky Q box as while they can extend WiFi there are cheaper and simpler ways of doing that unless you already had Sky Q and the new box was a Sky Q mini.

 

If you post some details of your problem forum members can advise if possible include your Sky hub's  connection stats see Find your Sky Broadband router statistics
