My signal drops constantly. I was advised to get the Q sky box to solve this issue. It has not.
this has been happening for the last 4 weeks.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Linda+Mn is this the WiFi signal in an area of your home or the broadband connection to the Hub? Not quite sure why you were advised to get a Sky Q box as while they can extend WiFi there are cheaper and simpler ways of doing that unless you already had Sky Q and the new box was a Sky Q mini.
