WiFi connection
WiFi seems to be giving a lot of trouble to the people of the household. Connection doesn't seem strong on devices. When upstairs we lose connection too. the ps5 would lag. Connecting laptop would also be very slow. I think a booster is needed. It's been very fustrating for a while now but I've haven't had time to contact and get sorted.

Re: WiFi connection
@Aisha101 Sky will not provideca boostter unless you buy one of their add-on packages. The best for larger households is Sky WiFi Max which guarantees 10Mb/s in every room if you buy Sky Superfast or 25Mb/s if you buy Sky Ultreafast for £7.50 a month. Sky will supply one extender if you ask for one and an engineer can authorise up to another 2.
You mention a PS5 lagging playing games over WiFi is likely to increase lag ideally keen gamers should use ethernet cables but where those are impractical powerline network adapters are a better solution as they use the home's mains wiring to carry the data.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
