Broadband down

Is this board formally answered by SKy support people? Someone, please provide a support phone number, as doing this on my mobile isn't easy.

I have no working system this morning.

Router: Green lights except for the Voice, which is orange (I don't use the phone)
/Nointert page: Checked through and it says that there is a connection
Sky Stream: Say no internet connection
WI-fi: Not working on any device

The router, Sky Stream box, and computer all rebooted from cold.

SO, one part says working, the other says not working.

Looking for a fix please

No, it is not.

The phone number is at the end of the troubleshooting paths: forum software prevents it being posted here.

Re: Broadband down

Thanks, but this board *IS* the end of the path.

So, Sky doesn't monitor this board and doesn't provide a phone number that can be found?

I am a new customer of two months - looks like I made a big mistake.

@NDPSussex   You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
