Issues occuring after Router Settings at 192.168.0.1 After Broadband Upgrade

Hi everyone,

After recently upgrading my broadband service, I'm having trouble accessing my router settings at the IP address 192.168.0.1. The router's web interface isn’t loading, and I can't make any configuration changes. I’ve tried rebooting both the router and my computer, but the issue repeats. Are there any common problems with accessing router settings after a broadband upgrade? give me any suggestions and let me solve my problem.Thank you.

If you've upgraded to a white Max Hub then administration is mostly through the My Sky app rather than a web browser.
